We are looking for an experienced individual to join our manufacturing unit as a General Manager/ Factory Manager. You will be responsible to work with the owners to successfully run the factory operations. 

Your tasks will include (but not limited to):

1. Oversee production in the factory and to make sure that all production managers and supervises are performing to the benefit of the organization.

2. Work with the owners to suggest and find talent for different operations or whatever might be required for the successful operation of the factory.

3. Work with the owners to plan and execute customer orders.
